She’s passionate about supporting local businesses and loves helping first-time customers navigate their mailing needs. When she’s not at the counter, you’ll find her exploring new design ideas or visiting Branson’s scenic spots.
Teresa Wagner
Project Manager
Teresa brings years of hands-on experience and industry knowledge to the PEMO team. Before joining us, she owned and managed a successful mailbox and shipping store in California, where she perfected her skills in customer service, logistics, and business operations. Her expertise helps guide our team and ensures every customer receives efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable support.

Rob is a passionate supporter of our community. He runs the WAKE Foundation in the same building, dedicating his time to helping locals and veterans in need. A Branson enthusiast at heart, Rob loves supporting small businesses and being involved in the community alongside his wife, Denise.
Raegan Fowler
Marketing and Social Media Specialist/Graphic Designer
Raegan leads our digital presence through her media business Grace & Light Media, developing strategies and content that showcase the face of Postal Express MO. As our graphic designer, she manages all design projects, creating business cards, logos, flyers, banners, and other print materials, while also building and maintaining our website and overseeing all behind-the-scenes digital systems. Her expertise ensures every project is professional, cohesive, and aligned with our brand.
